City of Elkins Water Plant

Replaced the tank walls supporting the 87 year old building, while the plant continued to supply processed water to the residents of Elkins. The work required supporting the corner of the building and masonry veneer with engineered needle beams prior to demolition. New filter blocks were designed, fabricated and installed in time for the scheduled start up.
