Work Description:
CPS was the General Contractor for this 200-space, multi-functional parking facility intended to support a major downtown redevelopment project for the City of Clarksburg. Site work and utilities progressed throughout the winter to meet the fast-tracked construction schedule. The structure is steel-framed with cast-in-place concrete. Beautiful masonry treatments, decorative tube railing, translucent panels and stamped asphalt paving was utilized to meet the design expectations of the project.
